Help please, In PORTRAIT when I export the video with Media Encoder, the result is a small frame of the effect in the upper left corner, not full screen
It happens either if I use Render Queue or Media Encoder.
I’m using AE 2020

Hello and thank you for you purchase ! This is an annoying problem that appears rarely with After Effects (not related to VoluMax). Please download VoluMax 6 update before going farther. Always setup your viewport to FULL resolution before sending to Media Encoder.

Hi, Volumax 6 is a template for Adobe After Effects. You need to install and know how to use this program (basic knowledge) before purchasing Volumax 6.
Hi Gaëtan! I just purchased VoluMax and watched both Particles and VoluMax Portrait tutorial but I can only select the first type of Particles when moving the ‘PARTICLES SELECTOR’ slider. I can see all the files inside the ‘Assets’ folder but cannot select them within VoluMax. I am using the newest CC2020 version. Any idea how to fix this? Thank you man!

It seems you forgot to activate the checkbox named “Activate 3d particles” and you are seeing the Dirt fx instead. I used it this week on Cc2020 with no problem.

Quiero hacer una pregunta antes de comprar. Cuando yo adquiera la licencia yo podré hacer todos los efectos que ud menciona en la presentación (video) o es necesario adquirir alguna otra herramienta? Por ejemplo: Yo soy fotógrafo, si yo quiero utilizar mis propias imágenes yo podré hacer el mapeado de mis imágenes al momento de convertir en 3d, landscape, etc. (como el video se muestra) o yo tengo que adquirir otra herramienta diferente?

Is there a way to import our own custom depth map?
Yes of course, there is a new tool called Paint Depth Map that gives you the possibility to paint directly your depth map in After Effects. This is the perfect tool to add details to your generated Depth Maps (VoluMax Portrait, VoluMax Smart or VoluMax Landscape) and you can also import your own custom Depth Map (image file) with this tool. Yes for Portrait, Smart and Landscape. Depth maps are not needed in Projector because it uses another technic called camera projection. It is a geometric technic using 3D Planes adapted to corridors, flat landscapes, street views…

Bonjour, j’ai acheté volume max,super addons. j’ai un calque à placer entre le fond de l’image et le personnage. Dans volume max smart dans quelle pre comp je le place? Dans le tuto, l’os du chien est devant alors que moi je veux le mettre derrière c’est un calque avec une sorte d’explosion de particules qui va remplir la moitié de l’écran derrière le personnage.
