I just purchased this product but when I open it in After Effects CS5 it is telling me that several camera’s are corrupt and that several layer dependencies are missing. I have downloaded it 3 times with no luck. Any thoughts?

I checked for Quicktime right after I messaged you and realized it had been uninstalled. After installing it everything worked. I will download the missing fonts tomorrow. I am very happy with the graphics. Thank you.

Hoping you can help me rectify something. I have been trying to extend the time of each segment but when I enable time remapping the big screen on the side comes in front of the two white beams or borders that come up from the floor. How can I enable the time with out that happening? thanx in advance for your consideration to this matter.

Hi, thanks for purchasing the template. You have to unhide all layers of the composition and then drag to the end the layers.
Hate to sound so ignorant but where and how do I unhide these?
Can they be longer than the 30 seconds? I need to be about 5 minutes each or so.
Yes it can be as long as you want. The hide-unhide button is on the tools above the layers on the composition.

hi, this looks great but I am wondering; I need a virtual studio to replace my green screen. so i want to use the studio as my new background. is this possible?
Yes of course.! The silhouettes keep them as reference, and also abort camera moves on the beginning and take the shot after that on static camera.
great I bought it. But i have a question: My video is 1 min 19 seconds. but the composition ( eg. virtual set 2 cam sitting) is 30 seconds. How do I set the composition to fit the imported video? ( in ae)
Thanks for purchasing. Select the Composition Settings – and change the duration to 1:00.
but I have to do this in all the compositions? so in logo placeholder, monitor placegolder etc. as I want the monitor also the same lenght as the video.
Is this a bug? I cannot send images here, but when i set layer big screen placeholder in layer1 to 42 seconds then after second 23 the image goes OVER the pillars of the studio instead of staying behind it. All setings in and out are set to in 0 and out 42 but still it acts weird at second 23.
I do not have the template in front of me. I will answer you the next 10 hours. Try to unhide layers if hidden as masks and open them to the end of composition. Also drag and open the camera to the end of comp.

Truly awesome work my friend… one question though. I followed the tutorial for changing the colors but as I tried for the darker colors they wouldn’t change. It appears to change on the square next to the color eye dropper but it doesn’t change in the project. Is there something I am doing wrong? Any help would be tremendously appreciated. Again stupendous work my friend…

Hi, thanks for purchasing. That’s true you are not doing something wrong. You can only change color not the brightness. I will check the template again to find a new way to change brightness. Thanks

Hi friend, I hate to impose but was wondering if there is a way that I can make it darker to use the darker color hues…... thanx again
I tried several times to fix it, but i can’t the way i worked it. I am not able to render again from 3D right now. The only thing that i am thinking is to make some masks on the colour columns and put a levels on the pre-rendered footage to make it darker. Thanks
