i, i have a problem the first step i can’t do it because i don’t have the element folder in the download there are only 3 folders 1-tutorial 2- ultimate virtual studio 3- video Copilot How do I do the first step ????

Hi Mokhtar 15, first of all I absolute love this template as I’m currently using it for my Sports Debate Programme for my University Project. However I have a problem, yesterday I the template in After Effects went completely black. I also had a message pop up saying “After Effects warning: effect control conversion required in effect “Keylight (1.2)”. Some effect controls will be reset. To avoid silently resetting these same effect controls on all subsequently loaded projects, save this project and then quit and re-launch After Effects.” I have uninstalled After Effects and Element 3D v2.2 and installed both, I’ve used different devices and the template won’t get back to normal. Do you have any suggestions as to what I can do? I very much would appreciate it.

Purchased but, seem to be getting all white screens when i open

i recently purchase virtual studio ultimate from your envato. but i had to upgrade my graphics card that led to re-installing a new operating system and the system been formatted and my first product download was deleted without using it but when i re-download the product the second time it keep crashing Adobe After Effect on opening. what could be the possible issue with the product or could it be that your licence agreement is per download? please i need help. thanks.

2- Is there an explanation or method of use and modification of pictures and cameras.
