Having the same problems with After Effects 2019. Opens fine in AE 2018. Crash happens in 2019 as soon as you relink the scene files within Element 3D.
I think the problem is because there is no updated version available For Element 3d

Hello! I purchased this great project, very nice work, very professional, however, I need assistance with two issues:
1- When I try opening the project with After Effects CC 2019 the program crashes. I can only open it with After Effects CC 2015. Any sugestions?
2- Once I open the project in After Effects CC 2015 I get two errors:
