Hello again,

I’m struggling to change the colour of the text (where it says press F3), as the F3 on my Mac is assigned to something else.

Can you help me?

Hi Chris,

First click the text layer and than go into Menu Effects and click Effects Controls.

The easy way to slowdown the duration is by stretch the composition into 150% in the timeline.
