Hi, really cool slideshow, but I can not see the flares & lights in my composition, although I found it in the Footages-folder. Thanx for your help.

Thank you for purchasing my template, flare has been hided in the project. You can unhide it using this switch.
Thank you for your quick reply. But not the hided flares in the timeline were the problem, the flares were not seen in the view of the main composition. So I experimented a bit… by activating the color EXF1 & EXF5 of the color controller and turning of the #10th line (Color) of the timeline I got the same look as in your reference movie on Videohive. I don´t know why, maybe you know the reason why. However, now it works well.

Hi, I can not change the color effects. My photos are overexposed by default. At the beginning of the project, there is a lot of error messages such as “Erro … Expression desactived Effect class.” I work in Adobe After Effects CS6 , Im working with CC , how can i fix the problem

Do you need any third party plugins for this one?? Is it easy to replace the images for someone with little After Effects experience?
Yes. if you have bit knowledge about AE then you can do this. And like I said you don’t need to have any third-party plugins.

Thank you for purchasing, No there are 2 versions, one is black (Photo Slideshow V3 Black.aep) and other one is white (Photo Slideshow V3 Updated.aep) and there is a video tutorial which helps you to customize the template from the beginning, If you can’t understand anything please feel free to email me.

hello, my project is not rendering till the end. it has taken 13 hours and stil has not rendered. and it appears not to be making any more progress on the render bar….any idea why and how i can change this?thanks

Thank you for purchasing my template. Regarding the issue problem may be your machine, because it won’t take that much time to render. What you can do is render it as image sequence (*.tga or *.tif) and see. If it doesn’t work please contact me through my profile.

Do you have any estimates on render time for the 145 photo version. I understand this will depend on the specs of the machine, but I am considering this for an event and I would like to have a ballpark idea beforehand. I appreciate the information.

Yeah at the moment I am using i7 3.4ghz machine. According to this it will take nearly 1 hour and 20 minutes to render 145 version.

Can you tell me what size the individual picture precomps are? Can I use pictures that are 612×612px without having to scale up too much?
Yes you can use 612×612px images cos the image comps are 600×600px
Can you please provide the intended duration for the slideshow? I’m trying it to be around 5 minutes long. Will that work?
Also, I’m a total newbie with AE. I’m planning to use adobe’s trial for this. Is it going to be impossible for me to create the custom slideshow? I’m certified in photoshop so I know the adobe’s dynamics and such, just asking to be sure.

The whole duration of the template is 2.50min, so it’s difficult to intended the duration.
Yeah you can customize this using AE trial. But it has to be CS4 or above version.
