I purchased this product, but found when installed that there is a limit of 15 shapes in the Tree Chart, this is not mentioned anywhere prior to purchase. It is, therefore of no use to me and unless you can suggest a solution, I should like a refund
Thank you for purchasing our product. There is no limit to the number of shapes in the tree diagram. While the initial shapes are limited to 15 to prevent slowing down users’ PCs due to excessive compositions, you can add an unlimited number of shapes by pressing the add button easily if you have suitable hardware. Feel free to ask for more help or a refund if needed.

When I run the script that is provided in this download, it says This element belongs to the parent package. You can download it from https://videohive.net/item/smart-chart-builder-presentation-toolkit/38576885, which is a more expensive but same looking item?
Thank you for your feedback. But you are mistaken. The parent package supported three different charts (Circular Chart, Tree Chart, and Process Chart.) But each of the lower-priced child packs is supported by only one of these charts. I suppose you purchased the wrong package. Please click on the URL that you mentioned in the comment. You will see that it is different from the product you have purchased. If you want we will gladly help you refund it.
Hi, we have completely investigated the issue you had with the script license and found no issues. Have you not succeeded in activating the product yet? If you still have problems, please check these: 1- The email you use to activate the product must be the email of your Envato account. 2- Get the license code from Videhive. Unfortunately, Envato has not yet activated receiving a license from Element, so the customers of the scripts that have password protection are not able to activate the product. This is a common problem. We have emailed Envato to fix this issue. But they replied that their system does not have such a feature yet. In the past, we did not use product protection API, and thousands of unauthorized copies of our old products were stolen on illegal websites. So, please understand that we must use Envato’s password feature, which is only active for the Videohive store.
