we’d like to buy the theme but shakey on the freezing aspect. is the template this way or is it a server issue on VideoHive’s side?
the video hangs and freezes on certain frames. Is it me or really happening on your side?
I made a noise transition between each Footage Clip, but you can simply turn this effect OFF. Hangs, freezes? If it is true – it’s a Videohive’s server issue. Cheers!
