the script did not work quite correctly for you before, but at least there were no errors with the render, in some effects it is impossible to change the color to the desired one. Please return the money for your product.
We’ve already fixed all render errors. As for the colors, can you be a little more specific on what exactly is not working? We do not have an option to provide a refund at videohive but I’ll be happy to take a look into issue.
I am writing this review for future buyers, the script is disgusting, it works ugly, many elements do not have the ability to change color, requires constant activation, which takes a lot of time, after the last update, rendering via Adobe Media Encoder 2020 is IMPOSSIBLE, an error comes out. The author does not want to return money for his unfinished product. I do not recommend buying!
Elements do have ability to change colors and we’ve fixed error in media encoder. I’ve sent you a link to updated version via email prior to your comment. If you have any issues with any specific animation please do share them and I’ll check them. We cannot handle refunds on our end on Videohive. You have to contact Videohive for that.

Humm strange, installed it on CC 2018 mac OSX 10.11 and i dont see it in the Window menu 
Try this. During the installation press “Select AE folder manually”, choose Desktop, finish the installation and move “AEJuice” folder from your Desktop to After Effects “Plug-ins” folder, for example: “Applications/Adobe After Effects CC 2018/Plug-ins/”.

I’ve purchased Liquid Elements and Shape Elements and only Liquid Elements is showing in the AEJuice Manager in After Effects. I’ve download both the effects and the Manager several times and Manager is still asking me to BUY NOW for the Shape Elements. Please advise.
Hi! You have to install the content first for Shape Elements. Go to videohive.net/downloads and download zip file. There is Plug-in folder inside. Run Shape Elements installer. It will install all animations to your computer and you’ll be able to use them. Thank you.

It makes me sad! I bought this pack and i cant use. A month ago i bought this pack and registred it, today i opened AE and seem that Juice pack is getting “old” and it asks for update. After update i cant use plugin, its says that i need to bought clips again and there i no button to enter serial key. ‘Happy fresh juice.
Hi, sorry for the inconvenience. We had to update project as well as a plug-in so all previews look awesome when resizing, press pause and other good stuff. Please redownload and reinstall Shape Elements installer. It will work and we promise it will not happen in the future

I absolutely LOVE this and am ready to buy both packs, but I noticed in rendering a couple of the freebies that came with the pack manager that the quality was noticeably lessened when the shapes were enlarged. Aren’t these vector based? I saw it both in AE at 100% and Full, and in my NLE after rendering out. I’m on CS6.
Hi, thank you for your interest! Some of the elements that were created with 3rd party plug-ins or Cinema4D are pre-rendered, but 80% of elements are vector-based. Hope that answers your question.

I love this product, just have a question about the encoding process…. it dont have nothing to do with your work, thats great is just that I’m kind of new on AE… do you know if will take same time encoding a big size composition (3760×1040) than half size (1880×520) ? I know it is weird aspect ratio, but it is for a LED Banner. or the time AE takes to encoding is more because the effects and content? I ask this because my project says will take 20hrs. to encoding. I’m using your fireworks repeating all during 5min. hope you can tell me
Hi, yes it should take 2 times less with 1880×520. If you use them repeatedly you can pre-render the repeat part, it should also speed up a process by a lot. Does Shape Elements 2 include everything from the first Shape Elements, or are they different packs?
Hi, they are different packs. 95% of elements are unique in Shape Elements 2.
