Hi guys, I’ve seen this problem come up a few times, Pixity land works great until I try to import other assets into the project template, or vice versa import the main pixity land file. After that, my compositions go black. I can see the wireframes when I scrub, but not the actually elements on the screen.

I’ve tried clearing caches and changing the rendering from GPU to CPU to Mercury only and everything in between. Any help would be so very greatly appreciated!

I’m using the latest version of After Effects 17.1.1 and running 64gb Ram with a Intel i-7 4th generation processor.

why it uses all the RAM 8GB and then AE crash

Does it work properly with AE 2018?

I just wanted to make sure of an issue, is that template compatible with aftereffects or premier

Hi! I have difficulties with the support page as well. I opened a ticket some day ago, now returning there I see no ticket. I created it again just now and I copy here the text as well in case it disappears again from there.

I would like to populate the big wheel in the amusement scene with characters. I Alt+drag the same child pose (Pose 24 – Sitting) to the two placeholders of the big wheel so that two kid will sit there. So far so good. I want to change one of the two sitting children’s outfit so I double click its layer and open it, I change the outfit and returning to the amusement scene I see that the other child’s outfit has changed as well (presumably because I use the same pose there too). How can I change only one’s outfit?

Hello! I’m wondering if I can bend an elbow the way I want. I made a character sitting at a desk writing on a keyboard. While the right elbow is bend the right way, the other stay bent upward in a comical way my customer don’t like. I can’t find a simple way to fix that… By the way, wour helpdesk at https://help.pixflow.net/ is confusing. I’m totally unable to find anything related to Pixity Land. Thanks!

Hi. With some outfits the trousers disappear when placed on a character. Sometimes even a sleeve of the jacket is missing. How can this be adjusted? Thanks. Jan

I use now AE 2020. Sadly i get almost on every template with expressions a bunch of expression errors. Also with this product here. It seems that an update is urgently needed. Will you release an update for AE2020 shortly?

Hi Pixflow. Can please help or give any tips on how this project work faster in CC2019 or perhaps 2015? I used to run it with CS6 and works like magic but in CC it’s really really slow. My system is an i7 6700,16gb ram, gtx 1070 ti. Thank you!
