However, after the conversion, the settings are altered to the extent that the item becomes unusable. This issue cannot be identified prior to downloading the file, which left me with no choice but to proceed with the download. Furthermore, the seller’s description does not provide any information regarding potential compatibility issues that may arise from using different versions of the Trapcode Particular plugin.

In light of these circumstances, I respectfully request a refund for this item.

My logo is thin letters & the backlight on the logo makes it look all white. What adjustment turns off the backlight glow on the logo?
