I opened pre-render file. there are no red lines, but there are no background mov files(Back Bokeh, Flare_Loop).
I have so many problems. why doesn’t it work same tutorial? there are no texts… I can see only clock arrow.. could you refund it?
I install newest QuickTime. When I open your ae file, ae show a message “this video has damage or no support”.
Unzip all files from zip file. When you try open directly from zip file AE write error.
When export it, show all red lines of shape(snow, video file, clock … etc) upon exported video.
I’m a beginner user. I can see the red line in after effect(ver. cc 2017) when I edit own text. I exported it via adobe media encoder. Please.
I found it, I didn’t use prerender file. but it still has problem. after effects can not open movie file.
