I’m not sure how to contact Support or the Author so I’m posting this comment: I have purchased Multi Image Logo and am using an iMac, 2.7 GHz intel core i5, 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3, intel iris Pro 1536 MB Graphics, Yosemite 10.10.3, Motion 5.2.1. I’ve placed a Hi-Def Video Clip in the background drop spot and Hi-Def Video Clips in all 14 Drop Spots. The program runs sluggish & jerky. If I add Audio, it skips even more. Is my system insufficient to run this? Any suggestions on making the program run smoothly. MADPHAT

I’m not sure of your reply. Will Multi Image Logo Display work with Motion 5.2.1? Do I have to retrograde back to 5.0 to use it? Will there be an upgrade to work with 5.2.1? Am I just out of luck? Please explain in more detail for me to understand. Thank You.
See Boss I’m using motion version 5.0..I didn’t check it with 5.2.1.So In fact Im not facing any issues with my motion file…Please give me some time to check my file with latest versions…otherwise will find some solution ASAP

It’s been a few days. Haven’t heard back. I’d like to use the Multi Image Logo so I’m going to go ahead and retrograde from Motion 5.2.1 back to Motion 5.0 to see if that will help. Wish me luck.
OK. This is the Deal. I have family issues and must put my project on hold for a while. Hopefully you can settle the issue of the Multi Image Logo Display’s sluggish and jerky behavior in Motion 5.2.1 in the next few weeks without me having to retrograde back to 5.0. If the issue is not settled, we will have to find another alternative such as a refund or similar software that does work. Thanks and hoping to hear from you soon.
Well…. I’ve waited. No reply. Thou has forsaken me. I won’t bother you guys anymore. I did have the guys at the Apple Genius Bar help me out and also they helped me to understand why I was having problems.I do want to say that I love your products, but, support is a bit lacking. Again, I will not bother you further.

Great Logo reveal! What is the audio track you used for this?
I bought this but my mates are complaining that the same pictures keep repeating over and over even though I filled up all the drop spots. Is there a way to make them not repeat or repeat less? It seems like the top few pictures are shown like 8 times whereas the last new you dont see at all. thank you
