Yes I did end up using AE. It would’ve been nice to use the templates in Premiere Pro. Regardless, still saves a lot of time doing the effects and animations. Nice work putting them all together in AE like that. Makes it very easy to select and review each template individually and render it individually. Very easy to use. Well done.

Thanks for a quick reply. Reproducing step is (1) converts the AE project into 2019 version, (2) set custom color in lower thirds, (3) imports dynamic link to Premiere pro project, (4) closes AE. Then the background color of lower third is not transparent and the custom color is set to different color. If I turn on AE (running AE and Premiere together), everything works fine. If I import multiple dynamic links, only a single dynamic link loaded on AE works correctly. I can record my screen and upload a video if necessary. Please let me know.
