I really cant’s imagine what kind of problem you seem to encounter since I’ve just now downloaded the same item (authors can do that to their own items) opened it and everything work great. What version of After effect are you using? Also be sure first to unzip all the content since sometimes, due to the footage being linked to the project files, if you open straight from the zip. file it can cause error etc..
