Am I correct that text and pictures are fully editable? What happens next after the animation done?

I just purchased this template and have been working on it. Great work by the way, but I have noticed that the beginning and ending transitions are not the same as the video preview ie. the words popping out at the very beginning along with the three horizontal lines that appears above the words.

Same happens at the end. When the logo is revealed, there are those three horizontal lines above the text along with a flash effect. The beginning is no big deal, but when I add my own logo in at the end, there is no flash effect. As of now, the logo comes in while the words are still on the screen for a split second which makes for a poor transition. The flash effect you have seem to cover that. How can I fix this?
