The Handy Seamless Transition pack isn’t working in my After Effects. I’ve been using it and it’s great, but it hasn’t been working since the last couple of updates. The previews no longer work and it says that none of the transitions can be found in their folders. I’ve tried uninstalling the plug in and reinstalling and it still doesn’t work. I’d highly appreciate some help with this one…

Hello! I’m having trouble exporting my project. The transitions are smooth whenever I watch them in AfterEffects, but after exporting the video and watching it with VLC media player or Windows media player the video is choppy/stalls at the exact moment of each transition. I’ve tried multiple ways of exporting the video, but still nothing is working. Can you please help me?!?

Hello! The updated files are located in the “PRESETS” folder. In addition, you need to update the extension to version 1.1.3.4 (the “Extension” folder)

I did everything up to 1min 18sec, but when try previewing the presets, they’re not there.
and this video isn’t that much different from the one I have watched on youtube. I could give you my personal, so you could send me something that works if that’s easier. it’s been almost a week now.
Hi, I just updated my Adobe After Effects to version 15.1.1 and my motion bro extension stopped working, as I deleted the CEP folder in my application support and reinstalled it with ZXP Installer, in After Effects when I’m entering my purchase code and hit the check, everything stopes working and I have to force quit the app, I think you need to post an update for AE version 15.1.1, and Please, I need to deliver a project and it is an absolute necessity for me, waiting for your response. I have tried all 3 ways provided on https://videolancer.net/motionbro/help/extension-installation/ about how to install the ZXP file and nothing is working. First way: got stuck on part 4 Second way: got stuck on part 5 Third way: stuck on part 1 (I can’t even rename the file from zxp to a zip file) I’ve even watched youtube videos, followed all their instructions, still nothing is working. After asking for help from the support team, I was contacted by Ralph M who transferred me to Polo and Polo couldn’t really help either. I really need this to be fix, please help!

Hi, I downloaded HST a few months ago and it was working perfectly, then all of a sudden the window for the transitions on my AE just disappeared. I tried reinstalling it but it just does the same thing. I go into AE and click “window” at the top and then “extensions” and then “Handy Seamless Transitions” and it just freezes for a second and then nothing happens. please help

Hi! I can’t export the transition. When rendering I get the “Error compilng movie” and the export process stops at the exact same moment of the transition. I can play and edit the trasnsition in AE but I just can’t export it. I’m using AE cc2018 and tried various codecs (h264, quicktime…) but all failed. Also I already tried the solution in FAQ but still doesn’t work. How can I fix this issue?

Hello ! I can’t export the transitions. The export blocks at the exact moment of the transition. It’s weird, because there’s no problem to play it in After Effects.

Hello! It is not necessary to buy the full versions of these additional packages. These packages were created much later than the main HST package was created. I just included a small part of these presets as a bonus.
P.S. For example you can compare the number of Glitch transitions included in the HST, and the full Glitch transitions package.

3d pan is not included although on the sales page it mentions it.
