How can I install Videolancer’s Transitions | Original Seamless Transitions Pack

Hi, I do also get strange artefacts/stripes/glitches, please have a look here: https://service.matthiasrendl.de/temp/InstaStory.mp4 – when I use a transition, there are always angled lines for just 1 or 2 Frames when the transition comes in and when it ends. I’m using After Effects 17.0.2 (CC 2020), macOS 10.15.3, the latest version of Motion Bro and the latest (Dec 04) version of the transition pack. Do you know this issue? What can I do? thanks in advance!

Hey, I am trying to use the pack in AE 2020 and whenever i try to use a transition I get weird artifacts and glitches, when will there be an update that is compatible with AE 2020?

Hello, I bought this script some time ago and now I can’t install it. I can’t seem to find HSTM script folder to past in in Adobe After Effects support folder. I’ve downloaded the latest version and when I export it I see two folders 1. CS6 2. PESETS (GLICH, HST, SIMPLE, SPLIT and HST V8.list file)

What folder shoud I copy to AE suport folder? I tried to copy PRESET folder in support folder and when I opened AE wasn’t able to find HST in the After Effects Window/Extension. Please help.

Love the product. However I keep getting black frames in transitions. right on the frame when it is meant to cut. Sometimes a completely black screen sometimes just a portion. Any ideas?

Hi, I have a problem with Handy Seamless Transition … I bought a license and installed it on my laptop to test the product. Activation was successful. However, I work on two computers and when I wanted to install the pack on my second computer, the result of the check showed me this: “Can’t check purchase code. Make sure that entered code is correct …”

Of course the purchase code is correct and I took care to uninstall the package on the first computer before testing the installation on the second computer. FYI, the first installation was done on After Effects 2017, and the second on After Effects 2019.

So, how can I properly release the first installation, so that I can install it on my second computer ?

Hi! first off, great pack. I really love it, but there’s a problem on the transitions. I alway get a bug with the footage of my projects. Let me explain it better: The distortions of the transitions look odd and sometimes there’s like missing a part. I can’t find the solution to the problem. I really really hope someone can help me. I’m receiving “Unable to connect to HTTP server” when attempting to license the Handy Transitions pack. No firewall/antivirus, scripts are allowed to run in AE. Is your license server down?

Hi, great transitinsons, although I sometimes see a weird looking frame tn a transition (looks like a diagonal cut). It happens only with one frame in a transition. Is there any way to fix this?
