Hi there! I really like the mood of this lower thirds and it will add a nice touch to my project.
However, I have purchased this package but I expected to download mov files. I know that It is best for most people to have the project files, but I don’t use after effects or any similar software. So is it possible to get 4 separate 1920×1080 mov files? So that I can use them on my project directly with no trouble.

i followed the instructions on rendering the project but I’m not getting transparency. Everything is set and working but in the rendered file the background is black. suggestions?

Have you tried to use that file with black backgorund over any other video? It looks black only in player even if it contains alpha channel.
If it’s black over other video, than make sure that your settings are correct. Settings should be like this:
For quicktime settngs:
Settings in output module:
RGB+alpha and million+ colors must be selected.
