The problem I’m having is that some of the videos I insert into each area don’t play when I preview them; they just stay as if they were a completely static image or photograph.

Could this be because they’re at 24 fps? Other videos I use at 25 or 30 fps play fine.

Do I need to convert the 24 fps videos to 25 or 30 fps? Any ideas what the problem might be?

I found the problem, but I’m not sure if the solution is correct. The clips weren’t playing because they need to have the same duration as the point where they’re inserted. In other words, if the clip I want to show starts at 19 seconds, the clip needs to have 19 seconds of preceding footage (black or whatever), and then the rest of the sequence. Only then have I been able to get them to play. (The option to define the playback time when setting it in the clip itself doesn’t seem to be working.)

Another question. The Instagram template doesn’t have the same aspect ratio as the 16:9 version. Isn’t there a longer version for social media?

Hello, it was through the Help For MOGRT file that I managed to bring the template to Premiere, but it doesn’t work. Any initial command to Premeire is terminated. This doesn’t happen with other videos and files I’ve produced. As I said in the email I sent (and no response) I use the latest version of Premiere and I have no problem with memory. I feel like I will have to ask for a refund. Just in case, I sent an email again from another account, in case you didn’t receive the previous one.
