I am extremely disappointed with the experience I’ve had with your product. Before purchasing, I specifically inquired with your company if I could share the software with my friends, and I was assured that it could be used on up to 10 computers. Based on this information, I pooled money with three of my friends to make the purchase.
However, after installation, the package started showing as corrupt. When I contacted your company about this issue, I was informed that my code was locked because it was shared. This is completely unacceptable, especially since I was explicitly told by your team that the software could be used on up to 10 computers.
I even provided proof in my email that your team confirmed this, yet I have received no further response from your end. This lack of communication and the misleading information provided by your team has left me deeply frustrated.
I demand an immediate resolution to this issue. If your company cannot fix this problem, I expect a full refund. Otherwise, I will be forced to take legal action to resolve this matter.
