Hey there, I can only see the animated backgrounds in my preview when i import them into my comp, all other layers such as collage pics and collage alphabet import into my timeline, but i cannot see them. How can i fix this? Thank you

I have a question in regards to transitions, when I use a collage transition it works well with the upper layer, but instead of showing the bottom layer transitioning into top layer it show the No_Background square grid, does anybody know why? thanks
You should create a separate comp containing only the transition and the 2nd video, then place that comp on the first video, this will avoid the situation where the transition applies the effect to both videos. Thank you

Im having issues when I add an image to collage picture animation the folds doesn’t happen to the entire image it just looks like it folds on the sides and that the animation appears to be cut off. any help to make it look like the paper is unraveling on all sides?

If you have done everything exactly as instructed, then the error leading to missing files is most likely you saved the package to the parent folder containing special characters. Thank you

I managed to fix my issues by uninstalling other AE plugins/extensions, so looks like there was a conflict with other extensions.

I installed it but it appears with version 3.0.8, not version 5.0. I can’t upload my images, what is the format? What is the maximum image size? To add my images, just drag and drop them into the Picture collage?

Question, I noticed in a youtube tutorial that there are 16 animation presets however with my most recent purchase with Collage Pack 2400 for After Effects there is only 1 animation preset. I don’t understand, if the animation presents have been combined into 1 how do and have access to 16 styles of manual animation listed in the description? What is an FPS? Thank you for your help.
16 Styles represents 16 different ways for us to cut, paste and fold a picture. And FPS is the number of frames per second in After Effect, with the old version if you apply Animation, the time between the frames it is fixed, but in the new version we have upgraded so you can do it. Adjust the frame for Stopmotion motion. Thank you
I think there is a misunderstanding. In my selection panel with Zodo effects under Animation presets there is only (1) style preset, not 16 styles. The only preset is a cross with 4 arrows that gives a wiggle effect. Your thougts?

Hello! I have a question. I bought the pack time ago, and I LOVE IT. I mainly work in FCP, but my workflow is opening After effects and doing the collage composition there, then I export everything an keep working in FCP. The question is, maybe do you have all the previews of the collage in HQ FORMAT in alpha channel just to export to FCP and work there, instead of opening After effects? Than you so much
Hi, I’m sorry, I don’t have HD version for previews, original Preview files are all exported to 240×135 format. The files in the item are quite gentle, I think you should open the original file and render the whole to use in the future.Thank you
Whenever I add an element or a transition, it adds every elements or transitions to my project panel and this makes the after effects file big and the software lags, whenever I use delete unused footage it doesnt go the unused away. am I doing something wrong?
You are not wrong, the problem is that the extension will add the composition you require to the project which means it will add the project containing that composition to your project, adding too much will cause slowness for your computer. However, from version 5.0 onwards we provide TidyScript included, it is a separate tool for extensions, you need to install it, just run it up and select 1 of your main overall composition, then just press the reduce button and all unused items in your project will be deleted. You should remember to check the script manual carefully. Thank you
