To find contact form click on BoxMotion profile and scroll down…you will see email BoxMotion form. Will try later when is possible to update also with tutorial in comment section.

Hello. I would just like to make sure that these are standalone (.mov /.mp4 – or whatever they are) movie clips that do not need software (After Effects, etc.) to be used, unless you want to edit them together/edit the colors, etc. Is this right?
Yes, all files are separated .mov files with alpha channel, you can change colors and use them in programs like premiere, final cut pro, sony vegas or other video editing programs…even in after effects if you need to.
