Yes, this is possible to use in Flash.You can import video files with alpha channel into Flash, transparency of the alpha will be there. 1. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nXt2UonTFYI 2.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BaA6cuj5VSo Only thing you need to do is to convert the quick time file to flv (with alpha) check the tutorial link on youtube, not sure but there could be another way to import directly the quick time file. Yes, You can use those files in Sony Vegas or other editing softwares like AE, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar. All quick time files are exported with alpha channel. The only thing you can probably need to fix when you import your quick time files into Sony Vegas is to activate the alpha channel, otherwise can’t see it. No, those are only quick time pre-renders with alpha channel in hd resolution. You can change only colors, size, rotation, opacity of the quick time videos. Also can be mixed together for different variations. Can be used with any video editing software like AE, Premiere, Final Cut.

No, those video files are supported only by video editing softwares (Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut or other similar programs).
