Excellent plug-in, but disappointing customer service. – I had a licensing issue and could not get anything but an automated response from Ainforce. As a result, I was forced to but a second license seat in order to finish my project.
...found out, that all of my 3 character copies use the same facial expressions of char. 1 …even when I copied the character as independend and their naming is …male01 …male02 …male03!! HELP!! I need to progress my job!! Allready created a ticket!
Hello, thank you for producing this amazing toolkit! I have a question, is there a way to turn a character or just the head sideways? If there is no way to do that quickly, can you point me to some helpful AE tutorials where I can do it manually? I’m new to AE, so it’s difficult to search for the right tutorial. Thank you so much!
I also see that characters are rigged. But I can’t seem to move any rigged points. Is the head also rigged?

Rigging points are only enabled for single character instances. This is disabled in the builder, since the builder is only for design generation
Hello, my license was deactivated. Since I bought it i’m on the same Pc, same windows. It’s been a while since i used aintrailers, but this week i tried to use it and this problem happened. These days, the only thing different is the internet company and after effects version, now i’m using After Effects cc2023, version v23.1.

Hello, I purchase the project files, and have copied the files into the directory. However, I cannot find the activation window. I am using Mac OS with AE 2023. Can you please assist? Thank you.
Hi. By default, the plugin window may not open at full size, so you need to drag the bottom side of the plugin to stretch it in height. Then the bottom part of the plugin will appear, where you will see the gear icon that you need to click on.
If, after installation, you do not see the name of the plugin in the menu, then the installation process is probably not done correctly.

Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, we cannot give an approximate date yet, since the update has been put on hold due to the situation with the fall in videohive sales.
Now we are rebuilding our model with products and sales channel. As soon as we improve the situation, we will resume work on the update. This also applies to the release of new products.
I recently purchased your product. I have a new computer I want to install the plug-in on but it’s telling me I have a license problem. I have removed it from I old system per your video on removing the plug-in, still not allowing me to install on new system. Please advise.
Hi. One license can be used on two (2) computers owned by one user. According to the logs, your license was used on 4 computers, so this was blocked automatically.
We will clear the activation pool and unlock the license, however you should keep in mind that you can only use this on your computer. The license will be unlocked within 15 minutes, after which you can reactivate it on your computer.

How to install Animation Presets
Copy “04-AinTrailers-Presets” Folder to the “Presets” Folder where the Adobe has been installed:
(Windows) Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects CC-version-\Support Files\Presets
(Mac) Applications\Adobe\Adobe After Effects CC-version-\Support Files\Presets

Hi, I tried to activate AinTrailers, but it said, its deactivated. It worked before normally. I use it only in one machine.

1) Yes, it’s active.
2) No, the product does not have a lifetime license. According to the official rules, the license allows you to make one final product, or in the case of a YouTube license case, this allows you to make up to 65 videos and the license is valid for a year.
3) Single user, 2 devices.

Thanks for your feedback. Version 4 is about 60-70% complete, but we have put it on hold at the moment. For the time being, we cannot set a tentative timeframe for a pause in the update, but we will definitely resume it as soon as we have the opportunity.

Hi. You need to enable the checkbox “Show__Hat” in the control layer (e.g. AinTrailers-Control__Male) with character settings.

Hi. The error tells you exactly what is wrong. In a simpler explanation, you need to select in the plugin the type of character that you use in the project.
