Is the solar system accurate?

You must precize your question. What do you expect? Some things about Space Pack: - distances betwean planets are not accurate (it will be nonsense to create realistic distances) - Planet maps (textures) are similiar to real planets but not exacly the same

I was asking about all of it, the sizes, the distances between them, correct rotations and positions. I need something accurate as I am working on a real science project therefore it has to be factual and accurate.
Sorry for the late answer (holiday), unfortunately Space Pack 3D is not a faithful copy of the solar system, the distances between planets exclude realism. You can try to set such large values in the control panel, but I’m afraid that AE will not allow it. (too big position values)

Yes, update package have many changes in renders folders and 14 new projects prerenders, so if you can, download it again. If you want I share update on different server. Please mail me;)

Update! Now all third party plugins are prerendered. So now all separate prerendered projects all working without any non-standard plugins!

i purchased this product but seem to be having problems with the rotation expressions in CS6 . lookAt(comp(“solar”).activeCamera.position, position)[0,1,2] gets an error “there is no active camera at time 00:00:00:01” in CS6 , do you have any advice as to the solution? i cant seem to find anything on the internet for a solution, hopefully you have one?
Yes, In some of new cs6 are problems in converted projects from older version of after effects. Probably you have problems in Earth zoom.aep file. Solution: Please expand Active Camera Layer (Camera 1) in back and front. Just hold and pull to the left pink stripe at the begining, and repeat that to the right at the end.
