Hi Rhyno The reason why you see your file lagging it’s because when you export in lossless quality your file size it’s to big, so your computer cannot see it in real time. So if you want you can render it in H264 giving you a nice quality image and size Send me your email and I’ll make you a tutorial if you have any doubts

Yea, that’s what I figured, but it won’t give me the option for the H264 MPEG4. Is there a reason that this option isn’t on the list of formats?

Nvm, found the answer. The new 12.0 update for AE removed a bunch of the format outputs….

“removed H.264, MPEG-2, and WMV formats from the default state of the After Effects render queue: In general, you should use Adobe Media Encoder to create output in these formats that have been deprecated from the After Effects render queue. If you need to be able to export these formats directly from After Effects, you can re-enable them by setting the preference Show Deprecated Formats In Output Module Settings in the Output preferences category”
