Hello, unfortunately I do not have a project with 25 fps (the script also is not) But you can change the FPS in each composition which select for the final construction of your history. In fact it is not so long if you have experience. Thank you for your question!

Hello! Thanks Bought project! Unfortunately Element3D does not support shadows, and this has to do their imitation. They made a separate layer that is bound to the coordinates of the model or animated by hand (depending on the complexity of the shot) So a simple solution for the moment. Hi, I purchased the project and install the plugin Element 3d 1.6.2. When i open the presentation there are error popups and i can’t start editing. It says: (translated from spanish):
Affter effects warning: class “effects have no properties or method with the name “Checkbox” expression unactivated. Error on line 1 Comp Phone-S5 back #3 Layer 18 Comp Phone-S5 back #3 Property: opacity

Hello! Thank you for the congratulations ! Element 3D needs ! It is a plug-in for AE , without it there would be 3d models ( they will not be displayed.) In Pocket includes 224 scenes that have already been configured by the user , you need to replace text and screens (possibly remove or change the floor ) from finished scenes you can build your presentation . Work with Element 3D need only then you want to change colors or make your animation. Here you can see the minimum requirements for graphics cards (bottom of the page ) https://www.videocopilot.net/products/element/ Personally I spent render on i7 (4core) 16GB GF 580 GTX. So if i just want to use the scenes already made and change text and screens, it should be fine right?
I’m worried because when i choose a model on element 3d, it only appears on the element 3d screen. On the after effects composition screen nothing appears.
If you load model and can not see the model after Element 3d window (in AE composition) This is not normal! Sure to check the requirements of the Element 3D. Maybe you need to update the plugin. It is difficult to say what the reason!
I love the project. But I am wondering, is it possible to add tools to the project? I mean for example I would like to make a video about a digital hat that is connected with these devices. Is there any chance of doing that? Thanks for your answer!
Hello! I do not quite understand what is”digital hat”. But you can upload your model to the project. For this you need the knowledge to work with the plugin element 3d (and generally be able to work at a basic level with AE). You will have to customize your animation object in the composition. Hi! I have a problem with the project, everything is fine with the 3d objects, but when I replace the picture it doesn´t replace inside the object, I don´t know if I have to do something to put it in there, because when I move the layers it looks the same. I have the latest version of element 3d and I use after cs6. Great project by the way! Thanks!

Hello, thank you bought the project! AE shows any error? Have you tried to overload AE? If all else fails, you may need to update Element 3d plugin.

Shots-images with original Apple logo (instead of moon) included?
Hello. The original Apple logo is not included. But you can change two clicks “moon” on any. Logo changed one composition for one device. It automatically changes it in all shots with this device.
Hello, I just purchased your product this afternoon, and the objects are not showing up, only the text and drop shadows. I have element 3D and it still is not working. Now every time I open the program it notifies me that “this project must be converted from version 10.0 (windows 64) and will open as a untitled project. The original file will be unchanged.” After I click okay nothing happens and I still cannot see the mockup tools. I am curious how we can resolve this….

(“Element”).Your documentation talks about Relinking Scene Files but I’m not getting any option for locating or relinking files it’s just a simple OK button.
