Render it with quality you need (Ctrl+M or Composition > Add to Render Queue and setup Render settings) and add it to your video in the begining or in the end. It depends on what it’s used for.

Unfortunately your logo has too thin lines and it is not filled inside. The project determines your logo almost as invisible. So here I included a small tutorial how to make your logo looks normally.
