If you have any After Effects version from CS5 to CC you can open and edit this template If you already have one of these version running on your mac, you’re safe, if you’re planning to buy new After Effects, check out this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/after-effects/system-requirements.html to ensure that new AE will work with your OS version.

When you render for example quicktime mov with PNG compresion, it creates very clean, but also large output what can be difficult for computing.

For the best quality/size ratio – render your final story at first as Quicktime mov with PNG compression (this will create large video file) and then run Adobe Media Encoder (program which is commonly installed with after effects) drop your new video to Media encoder and set up Format – H.264 , choose preset for example Youtube 1080p 29.997 (this will influence quality, higher and lower depending on preset) Also when you click on preset name, you gain access to more detailed settings and make your custom preset, then just click on Play button and your story will be rendered.
Adobe media encoder is way better for rendering than AE so this way it should work If not, feel free to drop me a line via email and we’ll find some other solution.

Superfriends SEO text is actually shape layer (like logos) so you can’t retype this, but don’t worry, you can open up composition where superfriend seo appears (“_Your Logo”) and replace superfriends logo with your text (just turn off logo visibility and simply type your text).
