Hello! Thank you for purchase. This template is a hybrid Cinema 4D + After Effects, as you can see in description and category. Workflow requires you to make all edits in Cinema 4D > Render EXR file > final edits in After Effects. Tutorial is included to guide you trougth all steps. Let me know if any help is reqiured.

Also… is this file compatible with all of the effects in the latest edition of AE? Many files I purchase have the “Lens Blur” effect missing. Will this file have everything intact and ready to go?

I haven’t used R18 with this template and can’t know how compatible splines are. But I can’t find any info telling about removing splines in R18.
Time depends on your skills and complexity of the logo. It may take 1-3 hours for an average user to edit it.

I’m trying to a simple zoom in animation that last maybe 15 seconds… I cannot figure out how to properly keyframe this animation…. Any help? I love the look otherwise!
Hello, thank you for purchase. You need to select one of the cameras, then find property “Focal Length” . It is responsible for zoom. With Ctrl+Click on the small icon near it, you can add a keyframe at start of camera animation, and one keyframe with higher “Focal Length” at the end of camera animation. Do so for all cameras where you need zoom effect. If you will have any more questions, please feel free to ask!

Hello and thank you a lot for the purchase! To edit any material, just double click it in Cinema 4D and change color properties. Make sure that you change the one that is applied to logo. Let me know if you will have any more questions!

Hello, excellent work. I have a problem because when I transfer the file to after effects do not appear opcciones for color correction and color is not what I want, I hope you can help me.
Hello and thank you for purchase! Please watch carefully video tutorial that is included. This problem is solved by changing channels in eXtractor to the right ones. Make sure you have all of them set correctly and everything will work fine. Regarding to the controls, you can find them in Main composition. Let me know if you will have any more questions Thanks.
Hi, I followed all the video tutorial and eXtractor not appear the correct options as shown in the video tutorial.

Channels are set correctly (if the color of water is supposed to be blue) in the video preview. You may want to make the background whiter in “Background controls” layer, that is placed in the main composition. I hope it helped, let me know! Thanks
I have no color options in eXtractor, this image is the correct colors as the finished video should be, but if you look at the video the colors are darker.

All controls are in main composition.. choose any camera control layer, there is “white point” setting, you may want to change it to make colors brighter or darker. Also, you can add Hue effect to change color.

Hy, i’m using Cinema 4D R14 that unfortunately doesn’t have the option to save the file in exr. I try to make it with jpg and psd file, but after effect cannot open the auxiliary channel so i didin’t know what to do. Please help me. Thank you.
