Ok, I solved it. The problem was that my German version of After Effects CC does rename “Slider” to “Schieberegler” during the conversion. And of course that breaks the expressions. After renaming 25 times “Slider” to “Schieberegler” and 10 times “Color” to “Farbe” it works fine now. What where Adobe engineers thinking though? Let’s rename stuff that’s specifically meant to be used in expressions! What could possibly go wrong…
