I also bought the package and have the little man jumping around the screen as a shadowed image. I know you say to contact you via emal, but I keep getting bounce backs to put in a ticket (even though I emailed from your profile page). I have been playing around with this for days, thinking it was something I was doing and while it’s nice to know it was not me, I need the fix as soon as possible because I’m days behind how and I can’t seem to send you an email. Could you please help me with getting the fix..

I’ve also purchased this in the bundle and I am experiencing the same ghosting effects on renders with CC. Is there a fix for this?

Hi, I am trouble shooting for a customer who purchased this from the Envato Market Bundle and unfortunately, when the files are converted to After Effects CC, there is a weird ghosting effects where some of the layers are displayed at different times and positions and changing the colors affects the whole scene not just individual items like the glasses. Is this something you’re aware of? Thank you.

Hey! I really like your video template, downloaded as part of the Entavo bundle, but I’m having a problem with it.

I get shadow forms of the character all over the place that make the video look really awful. I would assume there’s a way to fix it, but I can’t find it in the file. Can you please help?
