Hello. First unhide the layers (red brush). Select the “Placeholders” layer (green brush). At effects tab you can find the “Displacement Map” effect(blue brush). Uncheck it to remove the effect. Also the map of the effect is at “Screen Glitch” layer (yellow bruch).
