How would I change the timing of the main comp. Some of the sections I’d like to show a bit longer…

Hi. There’s no direct option for this. Basically you will have to go into each comp and give more duration to each layer. Also push all keyframes forward.

Yes it can be duplicated and made to accommodate more pictures. But there is no direct option for this. It depends on your after effects skill. You will have to manually do this.
