Hello I bought your project USING 3d v2 and Flaers I uploaded model in ’’My_models’‘ but the project did not fully work Only Black Diamond is not glowing: https://cloud.mail.ru/public/BVoW/2cuTzvKMe
Some features changed in Element 3d V2 in my system it works well in v2 if you have chance please try to open it in Element 3d 1.5.
Hi. Thanks for the answer. Too bad you were not warned that it is necessary, the old version I can not put the old version. I got to do a new version to the diamonds of light, but only in the final part. In other parts, it is impossible to do. You know what can be done? Maybe some kind of option to change? You must understand the program in the new version. Help me and others! Light rays at the other parts are not glowing. If I turn off the blending mode in layers and settings Optical Flaers, then the light appears, but it is separately and on a black background.
I ll check it in multiple versions and machines then i will add an update in a week if its necessary. Either way i ll add an optimised version too.

Hi. Please try this : Go inside of SCENE 1 – Select Element 2 Layer – Click Scene Setup from Elemend 3d Effect menu – Make sure you see diamond model in viewport of Element 3d Scene Setup – Click OK and do the same for all 4 comps. Most importantly be sure your Element 3D and Optical Flares plugins works well without any problem.

Hi there very very ugent I just bought the templet and used it in mac book pro and iMac using Element 3d v2 (last update) afterEffects CS6 and afterEffects CC but both got crash error I put the model in the correct folder thanks for your help

I just purchased this template and opened it in AE CS6 w/3D Element and I cannot get the crystals to form to my logo. I import a png logo file. They are not forming to the stock Envato logo either.They are just all over the place. Is there a way to fix this?
Ok,The problem is I am missing more than half of the flares…so it looks like a bunch of twinkling stars that do not form to anything.

yes you can but you need your object modeled in any 3d software

I am also a Mac user, there is no Model file .. from documents> Videocopilot> Elements ( plug in ) .. So I copied your file and put it there … is this the right thing ?

Hi buddy
There is a 3d model file in 3d asset folder named “diamond_model.obj ”. In Mac there must be a path like : Documents/VideoCopilot/Models. So just copy 3d model to inside of Models folder.

Your work is amazing, but maybe I have problem with 3D elements since I am not good in it that much. I finally found the path, and I updated my 3D Element plug in to the latest update but here is what I see :
After copying the file you mentioned in your PDF to my models file inside 3D elements, then when I click on any after effects project if yours with OF for example, I see nothing but OF lights with background. I go to Logo Here I change logo but even Envato logo doesn’t appear as 3D element !! I thought there was a problem with my after effects but I purchase another 3D Element project from another seller and I followed his video tutorial step by step and it was perfect I had no issues. I want to know if I have to do something with layers or with the plug in itself, any tips might help my friend .. I like your projects and I wanna get them all but I am stuck with this one. As I said when I open up AE CS6 project I see lights with background only !!! Any help plz ?

You need After Effects and Element 3d.
Hi, could you please give me some help or a refund. either is ok. I can’t get this project to work. I have 3D element installed (and I use it fine in other projects). I also copied the diamond_model.obj asset into the correct folder. What is missing please?? I have background, and some particles, but no logo. no diamonds showing up.
If you sure that you copied obj file to proper folder then please try to update your plugin to at least V 1.5.
