Just purchased. Figured out how to relink missing files. Now it says that required layer dependencies are missing a required font. What is this?
Error message:The following layer of dependencies are missing: Text Layer: Font family”OptimusPrincepsSemibold”,Fontstyle: “Regular”.
so it says a font is missing ? But project has no relation with font you mentioned.
??? So now I’m really confused because every other project I’ve used seems to be working perfectly.
You know, I just realized that I may have posted this comment to the wrong forum. I actually bought the flourish_intro. Is the font associated with that project?

It is necessary only to install Element 3D V1.6 and it works perfectly!

Please refund my $ I was not informed that we needed a $500 program to make this work. I only have creative cloud. Thought it was something that could work in the After Effects program. Didn’t realize there was another program to add. If you want to put my graphic into the file for me and send it that is fine, but otherwise I cannot use.
You were informed. There is an explanation in item page saying Requires Element 3D. You have to read before buy. Contact Envato support for refund if its possible.
As a new user to this system, I do not know what that 3D Element is and if you aren’t willing to help me out, I cannot give this a positive experience review. Please, refund this purchase as it is to vague as to what is needed and that there was an extra purchase required outside of yours.
There it says something required, you are not curious about what it is, you are not researching about it and how is that becomes my problem ? It is totally your problem and its not up to me to refund your money. Contact envato support.

It’s not true what you listings here! the project is totally dysfunctional! Do not know the person Kome have managed to do this project and please be assured that these people are professionals with After Effects!You too can Copy 3d 100 times the asset folder to videocopilot / Documents / Videocopilot / Models / My_Models folder but it will not work anyway!

Before starting please copy diamond_model.obj file from 3d asset folder to your Documents/Videocopilot/Models/My_Models folder.
I wanted to purchase this project but still I did not hear that this project will take and use da! All I commend him who not bought it but those that share it purchased the all complain … sorry
I cannot get this to work, I have plug in installed but it still will not work for me (I cannot even start the editing process). V 1.6 It tries to relink missing files, but when I link them the system crashes. Am I doing something incorrectly? Thanks for any help! Deadline tomorrow.

Is it shows diamond pieces in other scenes ? If not in some cases this problem happens because of licensing problem. Please try to reinstall your Element 3d license. Second thing is try to update your Element 3d to at least V 1.5.

hi, I’m editing this template for a client who purchased it. Is it normal for the project to require 6 hours to render on an i7 920 @4GHz with 24 GBs RAM and multiprocessor settings on?
