Hi Steve!
Many thanks for the amazing project. I’m facing the same problem is Avniash. I’m using a Windows Laptop. After installing QuickTime, I was able to view the video footage in QuickTime. However, when I’m trying to link the videos in the folder in After Effects, it gives the same error that video couldn’t be imported, the ’.mov’ file is damaged or corrupted. Can you please help me on this ASAP?
Looking forward to your prompt response.
Hello! If you get this error, there
are only two possible reasons:
1. Install quicktime
2. Redownload the project (the zip file was corrupted during download). Go to the www.videohive.net/dowloads to re-download it.
Let me know how this worked out! Cheers, Steve

Thank you so much!
Thank you! Glad all worked ok for you! Cheers!
does it lag like in the preview? like when the solar panels come up?
Hello! I am not sure I understand correctly your question, but the project, visualy is exactly as you see it in the Preview video! Thank you !
Soln1panel The files are really good and thanks for all the assistance and the followup a pleasant experience to say the least.
Big thanks for your purchase and your kind feedback!
Best Regards!
Hello, i am fresh for this, can you let me know which software used to edit the video?
Hello!
Yes, you’ll need “Adobe After Effects” Version CS4 or above. If you have some basic skills on this software you can even render the file with a demo version of this software! If you’ll need help contact me through my profile page : http://videohive.net/user/steve314 (the contact form bottom – right). Cheers, Steve
Hi Steve314,
I purchased the template, and when I load the project to AE CC ver 12.2.0.52, it complains the following on all the three .mov files (chimneys 3, chimneys and windmill1).
“After Effects error: file chimneys 3.mov cannot be imported – this ’.mov’ file is damaged or unsupported.”
When I try to run those .mov files using the windows media player it cannot play the file either. It errors out saying that either the file type is not supported or the codec used to compress the file is not supported.
Please fix this issue. I paid $20 for this.
Hello Avinash!
All 3 videos are coded with Videohive standards (Quicktime mov PNG codec)
It seems the problem is by a corrupted download , or a quicktime corrupted installation.
Don’t worry both are easy to solve!
1. Download the project again (In your account/downloads section) Do not use any download manager, Videohive does not work ok with download managers. If his will not fix problem, then:
2. Re-install Quicktime to your system. Download here: https://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/
Please, do let me know how this worked out, and if you’ll need any more help don’t hesitate to contact me again!
Thank you for your purchase!
Best Regards,
Steve

Sustainable Energy. Very useful project.
Thank you for your kind comment!
Hello, I’ve bought this item. In the preview I see you can replace the solar house with a white house. But I can’t find it in the files. Where can I find this? Thanks a lot.
Hey Sknaven!
Thank you for your purchase! I am really sorry but I have not kept the white solar house. It’s not in the main file, it was only to demonstrate you can change all the included files in the preview with your own. That was the example and unfortunately I have not kept it. I ‘m sure you can keep the one included or find many many other similar images… Let me know if I can help if you must change it and can’t find a similar. Contact me through my profile’s e-mail service. Cheers! Steve
I bought the Renewable Energy – Eco Intro but can’t find the background music you used on Plastic3. What is it specifically called on plastic3 so I can find it????
Thanks MrEnergyCzar

Thanks for your purchase! Enjoy!
I’ll have to agree with DaniMult, none of your projets that I’ve watched are generic or boring. In each of them one can see fresh ideas and concepts that are interesting, unique, and precise. I especially loved this one, and can easily picture it as a TV commercial for a big European company on green development.
Big thanks my friend!
I don’t know how I’ve missed it. This is a-w-e-s-o-m-e idea! Congrats my Friend!
My dearest friend… thank you so much!

THX friend!
Fantastic piece mate! I love thinking green approach! Congratulations!
Thanks a lot “super creative” m8!
Steve,
Great piece of work. I’m currently working on website for guys they selling some solar panels etc. and I know they will need some sort of presentation for big screen in their shop. My question is … for a guy with little experience in AE will it be easy to like … extend this animation to let say a min and add more text ?
Cheers – Matt.
Matt, thanks for your kind comment! This is designed as an Intro project not a presentation, so replacing images is very easy, but I think extending the animation needs a slightly more than basic experience AE user. But if needed, I am here to help! Cheers! Steve
