Is there a limit to the length of each video clip I use? I want to use 10 video clips in this project (and each clip is 30 seconds long). Will this tool auto-adjust? Or is there a limit to the length of clips I can use?
Hi the preset is used unlimit clip video and the length of each video all are up to you!
Dear zhenjueyimen, I refer to the message cha wrote the user jefferymavers3 who rightly points out that to insert an image in the white rectangles that you create one that you can not do. I have bought the project to create the credits and ensure that the horizontal sequence flowing from right to left mom I add different images in each rectangle … how come? I do not find very intuitive project … In a reply then you make reference to any requests for clarification sent by email right? And the fact that you would be activated for an improvement in the project and so? To what email address you want me to then continue the question and answer? Thanks and good day dodago;-)

I recently purchased your Cover Flow V2 product on Envato. While following the instructions within AE I get an error when I add your layers preset to a Solid layer, as described in your video tutorial.
The error says…”Error at line 9 in property ‘Z Position’ of layer 1 (‘ctrl’) in ‘Comp 1’. Bad argument: index 2 out of range for stream of dimension 2.”

I swear I checked the 3D boxes…tried it again and it worked…sorry about that!
Another question…how do I move the entire animation to a different center-point on the composition…in other words, the current image always is directly in the center of the composition…how do I make the current image centered on a different part of the composition (none of the ctrl settings seem to do this). Thanks.

Hi, i can´t see the “layer” preset (yes i put the file into the preset folder) in AE (am using AE cs5), i just see the “ctrl” preset, but no the “layer” preset… can you help me with this?.

but don’t worry you can choose preset file from the menu/”animation”/”apply animation preset” and find the preset file address! so please try this way
by the way you’d better use my preset with English version of AE!

but if you want to redone a new videodisplay please pre-compose all the card layer and duplicate this comp in project windows!

for another question, can i adjust each card’s duration? and how? eg if i want to insert a 25 sec video and the card’s animate duration only have 15 sec, can I adjust it to fit into my video length?
of course you can! just move the position key of “ctrl” layer to the right time point!

Hi, for flow style 1, the cards can link to the comp perfectly, eg when click on feature 1 is link to feature 1, feature 2 link to feature.. and so on, it’s straight forward when I want to insert difference image or video into difference card. However, for flow style 2 and 3, all cards (feature 1, 2, 3, etc.) are link to same comp – example comp, I can’t find ways to insert difference image in difference card, pls advse.
HI you must duplicate these card layers in project windows after that replace card layers in comp windows one by one then all card are different!

this is not as user friendly as most on videohive.
i’m having trouble putting images in the rounded white boxes you’ve created. masking doesn’t seem to work.
any suggestions?
p.s. in the future, fill up your projects so that purchasers can just swap photos, change text and be done. if i had two hundred hours to learn AE i wouldn’t need to buy templates.

thanks purchase my item! the preview project is a way to intro my tool! if you want to use it,just into each rounded white box delete my logo and picture and add you picture and text! that’s all !(Need further assistance please send me email I will back as soon as possible )
by the way thanks to let me know that and only now I realize most client purchase my tool item and they are only looking for the preview project! BUT in my own opinion I hope tool file and how to use the tool are more important than preview!

I am having trouble understanding. The tutorial doesn’t show how to drop videos into the moving screens. this is the one thing i need to do… i would also like to edit text… also present file instructions led me to a dead end can you help?
yes thanks purchase my tool! the preview is only a way to show how the preset can do! if you like you can change picture and text to render! but need basic after effect skill! if you won’t please send me emial I will teach you how to do !
