It means that voiceover from preview video is included. Unfortunatelly such high quality voiceovers are never for free so for new custom voiceover you will have to pay. Is it hard to make a “child” version? Will i be able to do it? Edit an existing adult to a child?
If you would like to keep current animations then it will be difficult, because controlls will be at different places (because of length of arms legs and body) so keyframes for these controls won’t match and it will make awkward movements 
… If you need just character with controls, but without animations, then it will be much easier because we don’t need to re animate every movement from toolkit. So if you can handle some animations by yourself, send me your design of child character to email and I can rig it for you
It doesn’t matter how the kids looks like… i need a boy and a girl, i will be able to edit them with hairstyles etc.
How much does it cost for you to make these children, with animations?

I am working on an ad using your wonderful collection here, but I haven’t used AE for a while. This might sound silly but I am trying to figure out how everything is moving (animating) without key frames. All the precomps in the “Johns Story” move and slide in/out of the video but there are no keyframes for me to modify the movement so I can learn how it works. What is controlling the animation? I hope you understand what I mean, thanks.

In majority of layers are keyframes, but you have to reveal them, for revealing keyframes press “U” key and they will appear, If you need to know where to look for keyframes, check out quickly few tutorials which are included for example tutorials called “Using people” or “animating” would be usefull for you, You’ll get the idea
Hi! I’m working on a complex scene, and now I get this error when I load the project: “After Effects error: property of type “ADBE Orientation” had dimension 9 in file, but we expected 1 (1d17). ( 29 ::12 )”.

Hi there, I see this kind of error for first time. I gues this error have connection to values of position property. More accurate way how to find where is problem would be if you upload your file somewhere and send me link through email and I’ll check it.

Hi! Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately the file is too big. It’s a more general AE question though, I don’t think it’s related to your file. I was hoping there was some sort of log file to see the error details. I’ll try excluding some folders/elements by groups to identify the incorrect values. Thanks!
So I’ve recently purchased this, and started to make some new scenes (comps) but when I try to combine them into a main comp to render, I can’t see the background colour of the comps I made, and therefore the transitions don’t really work.. Is there something I am missing here?
For example if “_Clean Composition” has a grey background, but I add in “Scene 1” and “Scene 2” comps with red and blue backgrounds, into “_Clean Composition” then the background of Scene 1 and Scene 2 cannot be seen anymore, and its just grey.
Ok, so I just put a ‘Solid’ behind everything with the colour I want.. Can you tell I’m a newbie to AE?

Hi there, I’m sorry but I have to answer in english because my spanish skills are not high enough. There is no problem with CS6 or Mac, it will works on any machine (PC or Mac) if you’ll have version CS5 or higher. (so CS5, CS5,5 CS6, CC and any upcoming version is okay) But, as I mentioned in item description IT HAS TO BE ENGLISH VERSION of After Effects. If you’re using Spanish version it can be fixed by switching your after effects to english version for a while.

I am trying to render a video I created, but am having trouble. The video is only a minute long, and I am only rendering it at a “quarter” of the normal graphics to see a test version of it. Although the render originally starts out super fast and says it will only take 5 min to finish, about half way through it completely slows down to a crawl, and the time remaining starts increasing. I’ve tried everything to fix the issue, but no luck.
I am using cs6, with 4 gb of ram. I’ve never had this problem with any other projects, so I don’t understand why it is doing this. How much ram did you use to render your original sample video? If it is the ram, I can increase it, but I’m sure if that’s the issue.
If you could help me, I would greatly appreciate it.
Hi there,
It is normal that After Effects is calculating new time when is difficulty of rendering increased. This template was also created at old machine (2,7ghz core 2 duo, 4gb ram, 512mb graphics, win 7) Render time of one minute story at full HD resolution was around 3 hours (what isn’t for more complicated scenes and such length that bad), Now at new machine (i7 Haswell, 16gb ram, 2gb graphics, win 7) is the same scene rendered in around 25minutes.
Scenes with many characters may slow down the render time more so if you have many characters there is no big affect of quarter resolution because after effects still have to calculate many character meshes.

You need to have at least After Effects CS5 (english version) or any higher, recommended is CS6 or CC.
And if you meand by fully translated, that you want to type texts in language other than english, sure, you can type in every language you want.
In template are also included tutorials which shows you how to customize template from start to finish.
