I’m looking forward to using this app, but I did have a problem with the tutorials (flv files)- they don’t seem to have an audio track.

You’re right there is no audio track, only subtitles. It is mainly for customers who have difficulties with spoken English because I think Its easyier to understand if someone is less experienced in English

This is a really great project! But I have one question, if scale my person to much it gets blurry. but if i click “continuously rasterize” it messes up the person. Do you have a solution for this problem? Please help me quick:P

All characters animations are in 1500×1600 resolution so I think it is enough for Full HD video, In case you have to scale it up really much, may help Sharpen effect, however it will add little border line if you sharpen too much blurred image. I hope at least this little trick helped.

A very awesome and creative project. Saw this today and I’m down to buying it. However, I have only one question which I could not find in the previous comments or in description. What if I create an entirely different video from scratch keeping characters same, but different voices, different words to be spoken, how to edit the audio of the video? Can I do this myself or this can be done from the software itself, that I just have to type it and it will speak. Please reply to me as soon as possible. I cannot seem to wait to buy this.

Unfortunatelly there is still no programme which could make as proffesional voiceover as talented guys at voicebunny.com… This voiceover is custom order and there is no technique how to edit words. You simply need to create your own scenare, send it to voiceover artist and they will make proffessional voiceover specially for you (it takes around 1-3 days max, mine was done in 12 hours for around 70$-almost minute of voiceover) There are many goood authors so it depends on you which one you choose. If you want to get 20% discount for your first voiceover, register through refferal image at Explainer’s item description (that voicebunny banner)

Can I make my own? If I have to make a lot of such videos it may not be feasible for me to pay $70 every time. So can I make and add my own voiceover?

1. Sure If you’re skilled enough, you can make your own voiceover and add to template… Template can be easilly combined with any other elements which are not from template because everything is composed from small pieces.
2. Usually the best way is to upload videos on youtube and then put youtube player to your site… This may vary depending on system your site is running.
I don’t know how familiar you are with videohive, but you also need Adobe After Effects CS5 or higher version to run this template ! ... as with all templates form this site.
In template are included tutorials which shows you how to customeze template from start to finish.

Hello, I bought your video project. I have some problem in the use of after effect: when I open the project with the program, I am warned that “the project must be converted from version 10.0.1 (windows 64), and the original file will not be changed.” After this notice begins the conversion of the project, but creates a whole series of errors such as: - missing dependencies level; - bad argument, was not found no effect called color control; - hundreds of errors like “There was an error at line 1…”; and with each new click on the levels errors multiply.
I use mac, and I have version 11.0.4.2 of after effect. Can you help me with these problems?

Don’t worry, this error is caused because you’re probably running After Effects in language other than English … this means AE cant correctly read some of English epressions inside template. As I mentioned in item description, To fix this you have to swith your after effects to english version for a while.

If you’re PC user, you can follow instructions from video, or just simply place an empty ae_force_english.txt file in your “My documents” folder.

I’m looking to purchase this awesome piece, but I need to know if it contains the GBP/British Pound symbol ‘£’ as well as the Dollar ’$’ too.
Or is it easy to change the $ to a £ symbol?

Hi there, Yap it contains Euro, Dollar and Pound symbol, and also all symbols on banknotes, coins, money bags, and anywhere you can change simply by retyping symbol because it is font based

Hi there again ... sure, everything is composed from small pieces, so it depends on you how you’ll compose your story, so you can even put video to background. It is as freindly as possible when it comes to combining with other elements which are not from template.

Whenever I try to import a screenshot taken from the website and import it into the project the image goes blurry.
Do you have a solution for this?

Hmm it sounds wierd, Do you have screenshot in high enough resolution ? (I reccomend at least 1280×720) Then, are you importing it through, File -> Import -> select image ?
next thing what may cause blurness is camera. If you have camera, check out if you have setted your focus distance properly.

The screenshot is PNG 1218×936 pixels. Imported the usual way and turned off camera just to make sure.
If I view it via project its good resolution.
If I import it into Main Composition it become blurry. Very weird.
Have you checked if isn’t used some extra effect on Adjustments layers ? ... For example on “Shaky style” layer… trey to turn on and off layers to see what caused this blurness. Also check all cameras you have.

Saw you have a planned update coming with new characters. Any idea on whether or not there will be any athlete characters? Looking specific for baseball and a baseball coach.
That said, is it difficult to modify the current characters that you already have in this kit to achieve those same needs?

only thing you have to keep in mind is that characters have mesh around which shouldn’t be overreached

Of course! That sign on all coins, banknotes and money bags, is font based so you’ll just retype the dollar sign to whatever you want

There is no premade scene with this specific impression, but you can easily compose it from elements which are included. For example use Laptop, few mail icons popping out everywhere around laptop and some label with few words about your service and that’s it ! Or even more, spice it up with some “micro elements” and character animations. It depends just on your creativity
