There should not be any problems. Sometimes I’m having troubles with downloading the files from Videohive, Did you menage do download it normal? Try again please. If you don’t make any progress until tomorrow, I will send you the file. Thanks for purchase!
I think the problem was not cased by download, there is some object broken within the template, it can not render completely, please try your attached file(s) and you will know what I mean.thanks for your helping.
another way, you can try my vidoe operation as attachment if you would like to.
