Hi, what is the quality is should use when i render? sorry i am a newbie at this 
. but i see you sample video is great quality and only 22 MB. the one i tried was about 8GB lol. and the sound was cutting off all the time? i only want the voice over I dont want to purchase the music. On the tutorial it says there should be extra options for video quality, I have Adobe CS5.5… help please? i only want to put the logo at the end with the facebook and twitter usernames, upload the video on my youtube and embed it on my website so people stop asking me all the time what is SEO lol.

The voice over track is included in the purchase. To change the voice over to another language, you just have to re record and drag and drop the new voice file.

Yes. You will be able to change all the texts that is seen in the video. There is a video tutorial included in the purchase file showing you how to edit it and change your logo.
