Hi we are an online retailer who manufacturers in China and sells in the UK.

When a customer places and order there is a production time of 30 days and then a transit time of 30 days. When the customer logs into their account we want to have a map that shows the customer where in the process their order is. So we would like a map that is in the customers account that shows them clearly where there order is. When being manufactured showing in a factory in China (aerial view) then when being shipped picture of the order on a vessel in the sea. Can you let me know if this is something you can do? basically build a map that is linked to a timer show the position of the customers order. If you have any suggestions or know of someone who can do this it would be much appreciated.

Many thanks

James

very nice work ! :)

Hello,

I have purchased the World Map After Effects Project, but get an error that the “Particles.mov” is corrupt and cannot be imported, and because of that After Effects is unable to render the video to look like in the preview. Is it possible to get a rendered and preferably looped version of the video to my e-mail, so that it would look like in the preview (same resolution and quality), except no subtitles or logos.

My e-mail is allan.eesmaa@gmail.com

Thank you in advance, Allan

Rated this 5 stars. Mind blowingly good. Congratulations on such a fantastic template. Really fantastic work. It is indeed a very heavy project, users do need patience in order to work with this as the interface of AE really slows down with all the crazy lines. but watching your tutorials and using only the ‘guide layers’ while animating the camera or turning off all unseen 3d travel ‘lines’ helps tremendously.

My only suggestion would be to perhaps name the layers a bit better, it’s it’s a bit tricky to find the one you want in order to turn off. All the best for the next project!

Is this the $124 optical flare plugin that is required?? http://www.videocopilot.net/products/opticalflares/ If I just want to make an edit to the subtitles is this necessary? And if I’m not going to pay that, can you make the changes?

Yarko, how’s your work load? Any room for some customization of this? Just want to give you specific cities to travel to and from?

Hi, when I try to render the looped version it doesn’t work. The world doesn’t rotate (only the lights and lines do), and I’m getting an error saying “AfterEffects warning: Bad Argument: Couldn’t find layer named “PosiitonMainCamera” Expression disabled. Error occurred at line 1. Comp: “Background” Layer: 1 (“Null 1”) Property: “AnchorPoint”.

Can you help me fix this? Also, is there a pre-rendered version of just the world, with no subtitles on it in 1920×1080? I tried going to the link you sent someone earlier in the comments, but it just took me back to the AE file I already bought.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Oh okay. That makes sense. Do you offer customization of this animation?

Unfortunately I’m busy right now

The visuals in the project are wonderful—top level work.

The performance of the piece, however, is horrible. As a test I loaded it up on my 2×3GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon (32GB RAM) and scaled the “WorldMapAnimation-loop” to 720p and hit render.

At first it was rendering pretty good… but I just checked on the progress… it’s 11 Hours into the render and it’s only on Frame 448 out of 551. I’m not sure how long each frame is taking now, but I’ve been looking at Frame 448 for over 20 minutes and it still hasn’t advanced to frame 449. RAM indicates 92% (of 32GB) is being used.

I’m not sure why it’s taking forever to render each frame now… when it wasn’t this bad at the beginning. It just got slower and slower as the render advanced. When it first started it reported that it wold take 3.5 hours to render, but something has obviously slowed down since then.

Wow, brilliant! Looks just awesome!

I downloaded OLM smoother but it could not be installed yet. (CMS is WP). Anyway, Do I have to install more to use this “world map animation” ? Do I need to install more ?

Actually this plugin is not required to start the project. It only improves the quality of the 3D lines

Hi Yarko

just sent you an email, pls have a look and reply

thanks

Awesome look and feel…... bought it today….. Yarko I sent you an email on the subject…. look forward to hearing back from you asap ..

Jessica :)

Awesome work. I wish you great sales! ;)

Hello. I’m looking to purchase this but have a couple of questions.

Will this animation hold up in a 4k-5k resolution?

Also, can I control the camera movement to cover all of the globe including all continents individually?

It’s a vector-based project and does not contain raster elements, so you can use it for any resolution without loss of quality.
You can move the camera as you like.

Hi, a question – does it come with an already rendered HD video? I don’t need anything else to be honest and I’m working on a laptop so I wouldn’t like to get stuck with rendering the whole project. Just need the looped video :)

Thanks!

Thanks! Yes, I already figured it out in fact:) You should’ve gotten a sale today:) Cheers!

slow used and rendered

Hi, first of all a very nice animation. I would like to purchase for a launching project. I do not have AE. Do you provide rendering services? I need to connect 19 cities. I will compile the artwork from my side with Final Cut Pro.

Thank You.

Sorry, until November I’ll be busy.
