The enterprise where I work purchased an after effects project called “LEVITATION” from you so we can edite it, but in the moment Im gonna open the project after effect show me an alert saying that there was an effect missing (Form effect). I didn’t mind and opened the project anyway but for my surprise that effect was one of the more important on the video.
My question and complain is, if you’re selling the project to edit with all your elements, why you don’t include the effects on it? Not everyone can have a folder full of effects, you should have that in mind. CEO@HETHICAL.COM

I am sorry for any inconvenience, of course I don’t mean to steal peoples’ money, but it is not permitted to include any external plugins in our files.They are not our property, and that’s why there’s a column with the item’s attributes to the right (in the description page), showing what plugins are required for the project to work.
Also, I do state this with bold words in my item description.
Obviously you missed reading it, no problem, I would suggest you contact support and ask for a refund.

OK. I finished my video by simply adding my logo, and then adding the audio file, and then I rendered it with all of the default settings, although with the audio on.
When I play the video back after it gets rendered, it is very jerky. It stops and goes throughout the entire video.
How can I resolve that issue? Do you know what would cause that?
I resolved the issue by simply doing a “RAM preview”, and then saving the RAM preview. This saved video came out perfectly.
You could be seeing it jerky because you where previewing in a lower resolution… But final rendering gives the file in full res.

OK. I just purchased this, and when I open the file in AI CS6, a popup window shows that the .mov files are either damaged or unsupported.
I need to know how to rectify this situation.

Hello! Thank you for your purchase! Probably you mean AE CS6… Ok. 2 possible reasons: 1. File got corrupted during download. Solution: Redownload from your downloads section ( www.videogive.net/downloads )
2. You need to reinstall your Quicktime. Just type Quicktime download in Google and download it from apple’s site. This will fix your problem. Let me know how it worked out! Cheers! Steve

I’m not sure what you mean (or need). In the project there is no green screen media included. All footages are already pre-keyed, so the peoples’ videos are ready with alpha channel (RBGA), as layers over the background compositions.. Let me know if you need any more info! Cheers!.
I need to change the backgroud, so i need characters (or people) in greenscreen or alpha channel. Could you show me an example? Thanks
Ok! The project is not designed for Background changes. But if you have some After Effects skills it is possible. Enter each scene and doubleclick the background placeholders and replace the photos there. But you have to match the perspectives and the colors, so you can have a nice result. Here is how the peoples’ layers looks like when solo them:

I would like to use the original audijungle tack specified for the project but it doesn’t work well with a voiceover.

Hello Redcar. Thank you for your purchase. It’s not a CS6 issue. You need to install the “Trapcode Form” plugin (v1 or above) as stated in item’s description. Your two final scenes will not work without it. Maybe you can render the file in a friend’s computer that has this plugin installed, or you can also contact me through my profile page for customization service. Hello! Everything is layered in this project, but replacing people is not a feature of this file. Of course you could make a shooting of your people but you will have to key them out and match with the backgrounds the moves & the colors by yourself.
