Hello, I’m considering purchasing but not sure if I can change the duration of the video? I bought another AfterEffects video and had trouble figuring out how to delete certain slides and place them in the order I want them. Are those aspects customizable?

Do you have mixed sound effects in the package? or we have to mix the sound by ourselves? If yes, which program did you use to mix your sound and music?
Hello, thank you for your interest. The sound effects are all separate in the timeline as individual layers in case you would like to edit them. The music is also separate. I didn’t use another program to edit the audio, I only used After Effects. I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. Bought it and I start to work it. All good. The instructions are great and easy to folow.
However Im having a problem with the music. I bought the track (the long one) and add to my video as the instruction said. However when I render the video the sound of the music and the other smaller sounds in the beggining of the video still dont work. What am I doign wrong?

I love this design but is there any way to change the ethnicity of the character? For example are there option to make the person, black, latino or asian looking?
Hi Thank you for your interest in this template. You can change the color of the characters skin and hair, and it is shown in the Help Video. However, those are the only options.

I would like a few tips in customizing this video.
1) I’d like to delete slide 14, and put slide 16 in its’ place (then keep 15 where it is).
2) Then show slides 17,18. After that copies of 17, 18 again (with different text and images). An then go on with slides 19,20 and 21 (and delete 22).
So the order (after slide 13) would be: 16,15,17,18,17,18,19,20,21.
I know I might be asking for too much help but I’d be greatfull if you would give me some tips.

I was just going to say it does seem to go very fast, and wondering how tough it’d be to slow it down 1.5x in AE or something. Ehh I guess I’ll just find out!
If you are using images for the placeholders you could slow it down with time-remapping, but the results would vary. If you wanted to slow everything down by manipulating the file it would take some effort but is possible. However, if you are new to After Effects those changes my be difficult for you. Yes, the clip can be lengthened. It is currently an animation but you could use an image instead.
We absolutely love this template, as well. We want to know how much you would charge to do a quick 5 second ‘add’ to this template? what we want to show is our old logo being erased BEFORE this template starts; with an eraser sound.
