The words Sports TV is a text layer in AE. You can change it AE itself.

1.Have you extracted the zip file before you could open the aep file? If no then extract the zip to a folder and then move the folder to some top level folder like Desktop. 2. Do you have quicktime player installed? If no download and install the latest quicktime player from apple website.

the folder does not contain any zip file .. Only 19 megabytes

I believe you misunderstood what i said. Are you on Mac. If yes then move the folder to Desktop.
