Hi! I think that you have an older After Effects version than cs4. This is an after effects template for After Effects cs4 and above. It is mentioned at the description.

Hello, this template is not opening. It says it must be converted from Windows 9.0 I have a Mac. It does not open. Can I get a refund or a format that will open? This is not given in your instructions.

Hi! After Effects is a cross platform software, so it is the same thing. I think that you have an older After Effects version than cs4. This is an after effects template for After Effects cs4 and above. It is mentioned at the description.

Hi, this is really really great. The only problem is I can’t edit it and your instructions aren’t very clear. When I go to replace the audio placeholder with an actual track, the option to replace footage is totally greyed out. I tried everything and it’s just not working.

Hey, you dont have to replace the placeholder. Just open the placeholder “audio track” and drag and drop your audio file there.
