@AlexSmith__ I paid for your Seamless Transitions way back in time. But when I tried to add it to my new Desktop computer (it used to be on my Laptop computer) I get a ERROR that I can only have 2 installs…..but I am using it ONLY one one computer (moved from old laptop to new desktop) so I can NOT add the plug in. I submitting a request for help online where may days ago but got no reply. Please help as I DO use your plug in frequently!!! Thank you.

Hi, I’m receiving an error message stating that the import has failed and unable to import the transition. It says “send us STDEBUG.zip” archive”. Should I send you this file or is this something I can fix on my end?

I already updated Seamless Transitions and it says my current version is compatible with Premiere Pro 2025.
