Product Doesn’t Work on Adobe After Effects 2025 & after new update, there is no option to enter my purchase code to unlock the demo version. This should be fixed asap . Such a great tool when it was functioning

NO WORKING After effects 2025 I bought it a few years ago and Typoking worked very well, but now it no longer works on After Effects 2025. When I install the plug-in downloaded from Envento and validate the plug-in with my Item Purchase Code, only the logo appears in After Effects and there is no typo setup. I noticed that the plug-in downloaded from Envento was version 7.3.0. I installed the demo version from the Pixflow website, which is version 7.3.5, and it works; I have the Typo setup. The problem is that there is no option to enter my purchase code to unlock the demo version.

Hi, I thought that I could install your plugin as easy as others, but there is no IMPORT funcion in Motion Factory in Premiere Pro. Only a lot of ads of your Website. If I drag & drop files I got an error ‘Page failed to load. URL: file:///.file/id=6571367.77909496/ Error: ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND’ There are no ZXP Files to install, only .mogr (where I do not really need your plugin to use, correct?) For importing the mogrt files in the PR Pro, you can use the File Manager version or import the mogrt files directly into the PR. Hi thank you. I used Adobe Exchange for File Manager. But seems to be very outdated. Classic is only for AE not for PR. I installed the file manager, but the account I created before with Motion Factory does not work and PW reset does not work. With a new account it did not work ‘Missing credentials in config.’, trying several times I was able to enter and to import. But the folders are tiles, not a list on left side as proposed on your video. Which means that it’s not so quick and easy to use. There is a ‘modern view’ but no Column to choose quickly other folders. I supposed to get a modern plugin. The 3 other plugins I use are much better and quickier in workflow and overview. It there a possibility to change view?

The registration process for the Motion Factory File Manager is different from our other plugins, so you’ll need to create your account from the Sign Up tab inside the File Manager and then log in there.
It seems the video you mentioned is for the Motion Factory plugin, which is a different product from the Motion Factory File Manager, so the interface and features may not match exactly.

The Typoking extension is not working in After effects. I have the most current AE version and Typoking extension. When I add the extension , the only thing that shows is the logo at the top. Everything else is just blank.

I had the same issue as onuraksoy3 comment from 3 days ago. I need this to work for a client this week, and submitted a ticket. I’m getting an error on some elements not working, which seems to be perhaps the missing assets.

after I checked the files in installation directory. I figure out 7.3.1 does not download all sources. there were missing aep files. manually I copied missing app files from Envato version (7.3.1). it worked. even I figured out you change naming of “abstract ii” they didn’t work at the beginning after renaming worked.
So, in short, you need to update Envato version to 7.3.1, it is still 7.3.0. or the free copy should download all necessary files properly.

HELP! I originally purchased Typoking in 2018. I have a new computer and need to re-install Typoking. The latest installation files download from Videohive is MISSING the typoking-setup.exe installer program for Adobe Premiere. The typoking-setup.exe installer program is also missing for Adobe After Effects!

After multiple installations, it runs now, but theres a library button that does nothing and theres no way to import typoking and infinity tool in there, also triend to download file manager but theres no download linkm can download the other plgin but file manager no.

Hi there, thanks for letting me know. For using Typoking in AE, please check this link and follow the instructions. Pixflow has 3 Motion Factory plugins. (Motion Factory, Motion Factory File Manager, Motion Factory Classic) For using Typoking in PR, you can import the mogrt files directly to the Essential Graphics or you can use Motion Factory File Manager. To download Motion Factory File Manager, open this link and choose “Motion Factory File Manager” from the right sidebar. and then press the download button (We checked it here and the download process works properly.)
Hi strange enough i tried with opeera, firefox and chrome and im unable to dowload the file manager is tehere any direct download link that does no have to select from the dropdown menus? i selected file manager from the upper dropdown and the second dropdown automatically selected AE i clicked the download button and a ”#” appears and nothing happened.
File manager is for Infinity Tool as well? because i can not use it too.

Hi I tried many times de install the plugin but the ZXP Installer is always showing me a pop up on which is written “The ZXP file is corrupted”. I dowloaded, redownloaded, installed, reinstalled all the files, Installed Motion Factory File Manager, restarted the PC, checked all the details, deactivated “Install for current user only” on the ZXP Installer. nothing is working. Hello, I’ve installed the Motion Factory plugin in Premiere Pro 2024 and I can’t import locals files from there. There is no import files. Another problem, I can import just one file so I’ve import Lower Third II > Lower Thirds 17 to test but I can’t resize and I didn’t see the way to add my own logo. Hi there, Thanks for contacting us. About importing folders: Sometimes, when you select “Import Folder” the popup window opens outside of the Premiere program. So please minimize the Premiere window to see the popup window for importing the folder. After importing the folder that you want, please check the Motion Factory panel from Premiere again. About editing items: After importing the item that you want, you can see the complete list of the settings from the effect control panel. (e.g by using the scale option you can change the size)

Hello, it used to work very well on Intel macbook but since I move to M2 I didn’t succeed to install the new versions. I tried today again and I have an message from ZXP Installer saying : “Installation failed because the extension does not contain a valid code signature”. It begins to be annoying… Edit : I found a version on AE script that allows me to install it. The “Typo king appears” in AE, but nothing happen on click…
